We fall in love with this wedding instantly!!
From first glance at the ceremony deck, the amazing crystal chandeliers, decorated with greenery and roses to the open air sea-view reception designed by Evgenia Limantzaki, this day was classic and elegant to the core.
Photographer Jacobo Pachon and his team captured in a unique way all the details of this marvellous wedding.
The event-designing team of Hatzi Mansion designed and styled the day in every detail and worked with the couple to accentuate the existing beauty of the mansion with natural greens, soft damask linens, ivory variety of flowers and gold-colour candelabras. On top of the stunning decoration, the construction team of Hatzi Mansion created a unique floral installation inside of which Rusul & Newar exchanged vows .The ceremony was programmed 2 hours before sunset just when the light began to soften.
At the reception guests enjoyed an open air set up with chandeliers and candles and arrived at their tables to find wooden name tags for each seat. The colours of the open air backdrop were too pretty to compare, like a painting that has delicately and beautifully come to life. The only word that describes the scenery is…magic.
Just before the finger-foods and champagnes started to be served the couple was led at the dance floor where they performed a very traditional habit of smashing a pomegranate and plates as many as their common past. Very symbolic act since the red vivid colour of the pomegranate seeds symbolise the health and prosperity along with the smashed plates which symbolise the end of the old and the beginning of their common future.
The chefs of Hatzi Mansion created a Mediterranean style menu with the traditional wood oven the undoubted protagonist. The best of the comments earned the live painting element operated by the painter and artist Melina Koen.
All were superb. As they meant to be.Rusul and Newar you are in our hearts, in our memories!!
The most cordially wishes!!
