Wine is art, it is a sensation, it is a way of life, connected to the Greek soul.<\/p>\n

With the guarantee of good quality in the raw material, with the know-how and the proper vinification, Hatzi Mansion proceeds with the production of white and red wines from Greek and foreign varieties.<\/p>\n

RED WINE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Domaine Hatzi, in the privately owned vineyards of organic farming, from the oldest vines, produces the red wine variety SYRAH.<\/p>\n

Vinified with classic red vinification while maturing in new oak French barrels.<\/p>\n

It is rich in color, a spicy bouquet of fragrances, a special flavor of wealth, a solid structure and a great aftertaste.<\/p>\n

Served at 16-18\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

It accompanies hunting, fillets of red meat, hard cheeses.<\/p>\n

WHITE WINE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Two indigenous varieties of Attica, Roditis and Savvatiano combine aromaticaly together, giving an unexpectedly original composition.<\/p>\n

Strong plant and fruity aromas, rich, refreshing flavor with excellent balance.<\/p>\n

Pleasant acidity with long aromatic aftertaste.<\/p>\n

It accompanies: white meats, fish, shellfish.<\/p>\n

Ideally served at 8-10\u00b0C.<\/p>\n
